Each member of the Staiger Consulting Group team has his or her own skill sets and talents in the field. Our entire team will work with you and do our best to match our skills based on your needs. In addition, we are willing to learn the specifics that pertain to each organization and work to provide the services requested as well as offer suggestions for improvement and collaboration to enhance current practices.  We specialize in independent contractor arrangements which affords us broad and diverse experiences and professional responsibilities.

Bonnie Staiger Hon AIA

Founder


Bonnie Staiger is a Bismarck, ND native and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Over the years, Bonnie has served on numerous community boards of directors. In 1989, Bonnie started The Staiger Consulting Group. Transferring the knowledge and skills from volunteer board service, she decided to pursue the executive side of the non-profit equation specializing in association management, government advocacy, strategic governance, organizational development, public relations, and not-for-profit groups. Bonnie’s experience also includes grant writing, and she is a published author of two poetry books. She enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her grandchildren at the lake.
